Really sorry for not noticing that the footnotes had not transferred over properly when I cut and pasted the text of the IPS statement into the forum. It was simply my mistake while not feeling well. Sorry for any confusion caused. The tranznet version is the same as the version I'd received and which I was trying to post. The footnotes just got lost in the process of posting by accident.

Not a problem James. The footnotes were missing from the PFC version as well, hence the confusion. There is no doubt that there are improvements in what has been published now compared to what we previously had.
